SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPMENT:
For orders delivered within Pakistan, our shipping time is usually 4-6 weeks. If there are any delays, we will let you know when you confirm your order. If you don't hear from us about delays, it could be due to communication issues (email or phone). For international customers, delivery typically takes 30-40 working days after payment confirmation via bank transfer. Sometimes, unexpected delays can occur due to customs clearance or other reasons, which may extend the delivery by up to 5-6 working days or more. We are not responsible for unnotified delays, whether for domestic or international orders paid through any method.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
Delivery charges may vary based on the products you order and the location you choose for delivery. These charges are non-refundable. Please note that any additional customs or duties imposed by local authorities or governments (for international orders) are the customer's responsibility to cover.
