For orders, we usually need about 4-6 weeks for Formal & Bridal as well.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, and shipping charges are separate.

For custom orders, we require a 50% payment upfront and the remaining 50% upon
dispatch.

You can book an appointment to visit our studio, and our team will assist you with
your custom suit order.

If you're international, you can reach out to us via email or WhatsApp with your
requirements. We can arrange a video conference to discuss design details and
create the perfect suit for your occasion. For bridal and formal wear, once
you're satisfied with the design, we'll send you a sample swatch to confirm
fabric colors and details. We take extra care with international orders to
ensure accuracy. All sizes are verified before shipping to minimize errors.

We leave a 2-inch margin for adjustments. While we strive for perfection, minor
tailoring adjustments may still be needed. We recommend having a local tailor
on standby for minor alterations. If major alterations are required, we'll cover
the cost of shipping it back to us for corrections and send it back to you at
no extra cost.

We recommend having your measurements taken by a local professional for the most
accurate results. If that's not possible, we can guide you through taking
measurements via video conference.
